The Public Prosecutor of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) decided to provisionally deten the head of the Associations sections in one of the departments of the Ministry of Social Development for 7 days.
Investigations established that the concerned employee committed fraud and forged official records and granting himself the power to withdraw the association’s balance from the bank illegally, and seized 15,000 JOD.
This case was referred by (JIACC) to the Public Prosecutor office.
