- Assistant Secretary General of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission since 2020.
- Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Jordanian Institute of Public Administration / Training Consultant in Administrative Development and Excellence from 1999 to 2008.
- Excellence Consultant for qualifying government institutions for the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency, Jordan.
- Certified Assessor at the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), King Abdullah II Center for Excellence.
- Certified Trainer with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in participatory training and policy formulation.
- Certified Trainer with the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and the International Institute for Training of Trainers.
- Founder and member of the Jordanian Trainers Association and the Arab Trainers Union.

Participated in numerous training courses, programs, and workshops both within the Kingdom and abroad. He has also prepared consultations and studies in various fields within Jordan and in several countries, including Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.
