Mission
“Combating all types of corruption, preventing their spreading, eliminating their effects, and preserving the national resources, by strengthening the National Code of Integrity, enhancing institutional and individual ethical behaviors, reinforcing principles of good Governance, rules of Law, transparency, accountability, justice, and equal opportunities”.

Goals
The main role of the Commission is to combat corruption in all its forms and at all levels by establishing and applying national integrity standards at the government institutions. The Commission aims to ensure compliance with the principles of national integrity and combating corruption through:

1-    Developing codes of behavioral values in public administration and ensuring their integration.
2-    Ensuring that the public administration provides high quality services to the citizen, in a transparent and fairness manner.
3-    Ensuring that the public administration complies with the principles of good governance, standards of equality, merit, and equal opportunities.
4-    Ensuring that the public administration is committed to transparency in policy development and decision-making, and reinforcing the citizens' right to access information in accordance with legislation.
5-    Ensuring that the public administration applies legislation in a transparent manner, and that it achieves the principles of justice, equality and equal opportunities.
6-    Ensuring that there is a legal framework that regulates accountability of officials and decision makers in public administration.
7-    Receiving complaints and grievances of affected persons in accordance with the provisions of the law.
8-    Cooperating in the efforts for providing mutual international legal assistance in areas of fighting against corruption, provided that this legal assistance is provided through official channels.
9-    Investigating financial and administrative corruption in all its forms, uncover violations, gather related evidence and information, conduct investigations and applying the necessary administrative and legal procedures.
10-    Prosecuting anyone who commits any corruption acts, seize his / her assets and properties, Travel ban through an urgent decision from the competent judicial authority, suspension from work, holds salaries, allowances and any other benefits.
11-    Combat personal life infringement.
12-    Ensure that the private sector and the civil society institutions develop good governance standards and ensure the good implementation.
